Nivetha’s primary responsibility includes conducting MHH training in schools and communities across Tamil Nadu. Additionally, she manages Sisterhood projects and oversees office administration.

Handles Aram Porul's flagship programs, Kathadi and Aram Scholarship, while also contributing to curriculum design, ensuring the programs instill a strong sense of integrity among beneficiaries.

Mahesh manages internal HR functions at Aram Porul. Additionally, he leads L&D and oversees our ‘NGO HR Services’ vertical, supporting recruitment, policy implementation, and team well-being for partner NGO.

A foot soldier in Kalvarayan Hills, Alwin oversees farm activities and supervises local projects, leveraging his deep local knowledge and connections to maximize the impact of resources

Project Coordinator

Arun leads field coordination for the Kana and Kathadi projects at Kalvarayan Hills, teaching children basic computer skills and career guidance, helping them grasp foundational concepts.

We have been associated with Aram Porul for the past 12 years. Their meticulous planning and efficiency have enabled us to conduct one of the country’s largest fundraising events year after year. If there were more organisations like Aram Porul around the world, I am sure addressing Socio economic problems would not only be easier, but also be very interesting!
