It is a great pleasure for us to collaborate closely with Aram Porul headed by Mr Prasanna, as our partner of Sisterhood Foundation in India, who is responsible for identifying and implementing our charity projects either directly or through other local partners. We have over the years been extremely impressed by the rigor, dedication and professionalism of Prasanna – who has not only executed and expanded the activities of Sisterhood Foundation in India, but also constantly suggested new activities we could support in addition to the initial projects of micro financing for women in need and scholarships for young female students.
The summer camps for students, female football teams, tech classes in the countryside called ‘Skillz on Wheels’, training in business skills and confidence when looking for jobs, etc. are only possible due to his innovative approach to finding new ways we help to create sustainable change and have true impact on the ground.
As a relatively new entrant to the development field, I often come up with queries silly to very critical. Aram Porul has always been a knowledge base I can refer to. They understand our needs very clearly and provide us with suggestions to help us swim through in the long run. They have this unique characteristic of opening up their network for us to learn, collaborate and contribute for a better world.
The Aram Porul team comes with a very rich experience in working with communities and guiding NGOs. Vaishnavi trust has gained a lot of knowledge on understanding best practices for an NGO. They've have played a major in shaping the way we are looking at our cause and to make effective impacts in whatever we do.
They walk the talk and provide insightful consultation; we really appreciate their enthusiasm, collaboration, and a culture that ensures success. They are always looking out for our best interests and are always ready to help in any way possible. We appreciate their willingness to travel that extra mile in completing of the projects undertaken.
We have worked with Prasanna and Vidya from Aramporul closely over the last 4 years . Their genuine passion, commitment and drive towards the upliftment of the weaker sections of the society is evident in every project that we have worked with them . Many thanks to the team for helping us build and execute our CSR strategy.
We have been associated with Aram Porul for the past 12 years. Their meticulous planning and efficiency have enabled us to conduct one of the country’s largest fundraising events year after year. If there were more organisations like Aram Porul around the world, I am sure addressing Socio economic problems would not only be easier, but also be very interesting!
This is my first workshop on HR and the presenter had very good knowledge about both non-profits and HR department which is a very rare combination of skills. If any non-profit wants to start a new HR department, this is the best workshop to learn quickly about HR. It is a like a HR for Dummies. Thanks to Aramporul for conducting this workshop.
