Introducing Aram Contest: Nurturing Social Consciousness

Aram Contest is a week-long unique leadership challenge designed to recognize and empower students with a strong sense of social responsibility and values. This unique initiative aims to nurture qualities such as honesty, kindness, gratitude, and problem-solving, creating a generation of socially conscious leaders.

We firmly believe that this is an exceptional trait that deserves nurturing and encouragement. Our primary goal is to cultivate a vibrant community of compassionate individuals who take pride in their integrity, actively raise social issues, and strive to make a positive impact on the world.

Contest Overview
The contest consists of two rounds:

Round 1 – 7-Day Leadership Challenge
After registration, students must complete five activities over seven days, maintain a daily journal, and submit a reflective essay (or audio/video summary) at the end of the week.

Activities:
1️⃣ Speak the Truth (Honesty Challenge) – Speak only the truth for seven days
2️⃣ Acts of Kindness – Perform daily acts of kindness for seven days and reflect on them
3️⃣ Gratitude Journal – Write positive experiences every day
4️⃣ Find a Local Issue – Identify an issue in your community and suggest solutions
5️⃣ Interview a Changemaker – Speak to someone engaged in social service and share their story

Round 2 – Personal Interview
Shortlisted students from Round 1 will attend an online/offline interview with the Aram team. This round will assess:
✔ Learnings from activities
✔ Commitment to social responsibility
✔ Interest in becoming an Aram Scholar
