About Aram Junior Fellowship

The Aram Junior Fellowship is our renewed commitment to nurturing social consciousness
among students. Fellows are identified through the Aram Contest—a rigorous application
pathway where we identify students who live by values such as honesty, kindness,
gratitude, and responsibility.

Our ultimate goal is to create a community. We believe that integrity, compassion, and
service are not just nice ideas—they are essential life skills.

Once selected, Fellows walk a structured, multi-year journey that combines financial
support (₹5,000/year disbursed based on engagement) with skill-building, community
engagement, and annual camps.
