Beyond financial aid, we offered mentorship, leadership training, and 200 days of workshops to make scholars employable and future-ready. Through 30 scholarship camps, we empowered young minds to become professionals and changemakers.

BOB is organized by Chennai Mission, is a premier fundraising event cycle for 10 years that combines food and entertainment to help NGOs raise funds. Our team has successfully managed the entire event cycle, benefiting 200+ NGOs, supporting 300 projects, and raising over ₹40 crores for impactful social initiatives.

We organise residential leadership retreat from women and men working in the development sector. These retreats help them reflect, rejuvenate and repurpose their work and life.

We understand this space well. We have designed and supported CSR projects, which bring employment or bring meaning income.
